Warranty conditions for Tahami carpet products
At Tahami Carpets, quality and customer satisfaction are a real commitment, not a slogan. For this reason, all carpets offered in the store have a valid 10-year warranty so that you can buy with peace of mind and be assured of the durability and quality of your product. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of the raw materials, the health of the weave and the standards of carpet production and includes technical defects resulting from production that have arisen under conditions of proper use.
Items covered by warranty
- Abnormal deformation due to a defect in the weave
- Pile separation due to a manufacturing defect
- Defect in the density or strength of the knots
- Abnormal color change due to a factory dyeing problem
Items outside warranty coverage (warranty breach)
- Improper washing or use of inappropriate detergent
- Damage caused by extreme humidity, flooding or direct sunlight
- Burns, tears and physical damage caused by improper use
- Placing very heavy objects on the carpet for a long time
- Any repair or modification by unauthorized persons
Terms of use of the warranty
- A valid purchase invoice from Tahami Carpet is required
- The problem will be examined and confirmed by the store’s expert
- If the problem is confirmed, repair, replacement, or compensation will be made according to the expert’s opinion
